Low APR Guarantee
LoanUnited.com will give $250 to any 1st lien mortgage loan consumer if we cannot match or beat their current locked Loan Estimate’s APR from our competitor.
Consumer will be required to send us their current locked in Loan Estimate from our competitor to the Mortgage Loan Originator. We will review the rate, fees and total APR on the locked LE provided to confirm we can or cannot match or beat our competitor.
In the event we cannot match or beat it and the consumer wishes to collect their $250 offer, the consumer will be required to send us the LoanUnited.com Lowest APR guarantee form and written request for $250, to initiate the review process, within 15 calendar days of closing their new loan with our competitor. Consumer will also be required to send us their final closing documents, which are: Final Executed Closing Disclosure and mortgage Note, within 15 calendars days of closing their new loan with our competitor. We will validate whether the consumer secured the terms we could not compete with from the locked LE they provided, against their final closing documents (Final CD and Note).
The offer in the program will be non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offers.
The following steps must be completed for any consumer’s claim form to be valid and receive the $250 from LoanUnited.com, LLC
Consumer must send a locked Loan Estimate they have received from one of our competitors to the MLO.
We will review and either confirm we can beat the offer or confirm we cannot.
If we cannot beat the offer, complete the following steps within 15 calendar days of closing the new loan:
Submit signed claim form
b. Submit written request for $250
Submit final closing documents (Final Closing Disclosure and Mortgage Note)
Let us validate the closed loan’s final terms – may take up to 30 calendar days to validate from time of submission of all required documents.
If validated, LoanUnited.com will send the $250 to the consumer within 30 business days from validation date.
All consumers who submit locked loan estimates, claim form and other required documents will be entered into our database and will be saved on a secure server.
